Edit Profile?

Edit Profile: How to change your Profile settings is very simple in fact lets start with edit profile.

1. when login on the top right hand corner of your screen you will see your Profile Picture and User name.

2. You will see Account Settings.

3. Then you will click on edit profile, this tab you will find sub-directories. Basic, Work, Location, Education, Social Links and Design.

4. Now that we have reached this step lets go through each sub-directory starting with Basic Settings.

A. Basic Settings: is your identity who you are First Name, Last Name, Birthday, about me etc.

B. Work Settings: is just what it say what you do or don't do is up to you to add. C

C. Location: is where you live, what's your city, This is completely up to you to fill in.

D. Education: Let people know a little about your skills.

E. Social Links: you might have different Social Media accounts other then ours so you can share your links with our members on POSTNPICS so they can learn more about you.

Setup Security Settings?

Security Settings: How to change your Security Settings is very simple in fact lets get started.

1. when login on the top right hand corner of your screen you will see your Profile Picture and User name.

2. You will see Account Settings.

3. Then you will click on Security Settings, this tab you will find sub-directories. Password, Manage Sessions, Two-Factor Authentication.

4. Now that we have reached this step lets go through each sub-directory starting with Password.

A. Password: is where you can change or update your Password anytime, just a reminder when ever you change your pass word this will log you out of all your sessions on each device you will need to relog yourself back in.

B. Manage Sessions: is all the Devices, location and browsers etc. you have log your POSTNPICS account into.

C. Two-Factor Authentication: is a two system safety measure, so for example if someone would have got your password they would still need the phone or email address where your log in pass code would be sent after you enter your username and password.

Also you can shut off Notification sounds and Chat Message Sound.

What is Link Your Account?

Link Your Account: How to Link Your Account is very simple in fact lets get started.

1. when login on the top right hand corner of your screen you will see your Profile Picture and User name.

2. You will see Account Settings.

Then you will click on Link Your Account, this tab link your account to either Facebook, Google, or Twitter what this helps you with, is to be able to sign in with out using your username or password every time, this setting is recommend for your on personal devices and not shared or public devices, we think this setting should be not active if you use shared or public devices.

What is Account Activation & Account Verification: These two are totally different from each other.

Account Verification: is the blue icon beside the account name in his profile page like in Twitter and Facebook to public figures, actors … etc. and users can ask from the settings page to verify their account. and you can manage these requests from admin panel.

Account Activation: is the process of activate the account via email or SMS and this process to protect POSTNPICS from SPAM so user need to verify this email or this phone number really belong to him.

  2. Select Your Registration Method: We provide two seamless ways to join our platform. When you arrive at the sign-in screen, you have the option to "Create An Account." Alternatively, if you prefer a streamlined approach, utilize our Social Login feature. Connect via your Facebook, Google, or Twitter accounts to effortlessly access our Members' area. The choice is yours, tailored to your convenience.
  3. Complete Your Profile: At this stage, it's time to personalize your account. Fill in your essential credentials, including your First Name, Last Name, Username, Email, and Password. Express your identity further by selecting your Gender. To ensure a harmonious experience for all, we kindly ask you to review and agree to our Terms and Policy. Once you're all set, hit the "Signup" button.

Create a Marketplace Post

The Marketplace is an area where you discover new products, sell something interesting. Here are some simple steps to get you on your way with your first post of the product you would like to sell:

  1. After you have logged in, on the home page of POSTNPICS, you will see on the left-hand side Menu bar, click on the Marketplace tab.
  2. Then you will see a tab called Add New Product, click on that.
  3. When you have clicked Add New Product, a screen will appear for you to enter your product's details and photo.
  4. When you have finished entering your product details, click the Publish tab, and you're done.
Create Blogs

Create Pages

Pages is an area of POSTNPICS where you can create a page based on your particular interest, like Offers or Jobs etc. Let's set up a simple page about Cars. Let's get started:

  1. When you are logged in, on the left-hand side menu of your screen, you will see your Pages. Click on that.
  2. After clicking on Pages, you will see a Create a Page icon. Click on that.
  3. When you have clicked Create a Page icon, you will come across an area that will ask you to fill in your particular interests. Fill in all fields that are required, then click Create Page.
  4. Then you will need to upload two different images, these images are for the icon and cover. Click on each one.
  5. Finally, your page is completed. Now you can go forward and invite friends or anyone of interest. Also, you can start to expand your page by adding more images, text files, links, videos, audio, polls, etc.
Events

  2. Click on "Events" to enter the Events section, where you'll find a tab titled "Create Event."
  3. Within the "Create Event" tab, infuse your event with its essence by providing a name, location details, start and end dates, Privacy settings, and selecting a fitting category in the "About" section.
  4. Adorn your Event Page with imagery by selecting an icon that encapsulates the essence and a cover image that sets the stage for your event's narrative.
  5. Extend invitations to friends and individuals of shared interest to join your event, and enrich your Event Page with images, text files, links, videos, audio, and polls to create a symphony of engagement.

Jobs on POSTNPICS

Are you looking to hire for your business? Jobs on POSTNPICS is an excellent platform to post your job openings and connect with candidates from around the world. Here's how to set up your first Job listing Page:

  1. Create a Front Page: Log in and find "Pages" on the left-hand side menu. Click on it.
  2. Initiate Page Creation: Look for the "Create a page" icon within the Pages section.
  3. Fill Your Page Details: Complete the required fields according to your interests and click "Create page."
  4. Add Images: Upload two images - one for your icon and another for the cover page.
  5. Completed Front Page: At this stage, your page is ready with your photos and details.
  6. Create a Job Posting: On your Front page, locate the "What's on your mind" area. Click the icon resembling a briefcase to open the job post form.
  7. Fill Job Details: Click the "Create a job" icon and enter all the job posting information.

It's a step beyond the regular Marketplace, allowing you to spotlight discounted prices and generate more sales for your business. It's a powerful way to reach a diverse audience seeking great deals. Ready to set up your first Offer?

  1. Create a Front Page: The first step we will need to do is to create a Front page for your Offers post. When you are logged in, on the left-hand side menu on your screen you will see your Pages.
  2. Initiate Page Creation: After clicking on Pages, you will see a Create a page icon. Click on that.
  3. Fill Your Page Details: When you have clicked create a page icon you come across an area where you will fill in your particular interests. Fill in all fields that are required then click create page.
  4. Add Images: Then you will need to upload two different images, one for your icon page and the other will be your cover page.
  5. Completed Front Page: Now that you have reached this step, you would have a completed page that looks like this, of course with your photos and details.
  6. Create an Offer Posting: Since we have created a front page, let's create an Offer Posting. You will see on your Front page of your Offer posting page there is an area called "What's on your mind." You will see this icon that looks like discount tags. Click on that to open your offers post form.
  7. Fill Offer Posting Details: Once you have clicked on create an offers icon, you will be asked to fill in all offer posting details.

Finally, you have created your page and you have made your first offers post and it is now completed and ready to help you increase productivity. You can also start to expand your page by adding more images, text file, links video, audio, polls, etc.

  2. Navigate to Account Settings: Once in your profile section, locate the option labeled "Account Settings." This will be your gateway to managing various aspects of your account.
  3. Select "Your Information": Within the account settings menu, you'll notice a list of options on the right-hand side. One of these is labeled "Your Information." Click on this option to proceed to the next step.
  4. Choose Your Data: On the "Your Information" page, you'll find a comprehensive list of data categories available for download. Carefully review these categories and select the items you wish to preserve and keep for your records. It's recommended to consider downloading all relevant categories, as this ensures you have a comprehensive backup of your data. Please note that once your account is deleted, this data will be inaccessible, so it's crucial to make your selections thoughtfully.
  5. Generate Your File: After making your selections, initiate the process by clicking on the "Download Your Information" option. This step will compile the chosen data into a downloadable file for your convenience. Keep in mind that this action doesn't delete any of your data from the platform.
  6. Download and Finish: Once the file is generated, you'll be prompted to download it. Click the download button and wait for the file to save to your preferred location. Congratulations, you've successfully safeguarded your chosen data!
Delete Your Account
  1. Upon logging in, locate your Profile Picture and User Name situated in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. Give it a click.
  2. Navigate to the section labeled "Account Settings" and give it a click.
  3. A menu will unfold on your right-hand side. Among the options, find "Delete Account" and click on it.
  4. Finally, confirm your decision by clicking "Delete My Account." Your process is now complete.
